Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

What are my delivery options?

 

We offer delivery via our 3PL delivery partners. The tracking number will be provided to customer by the logistics partner upon shipping the product.

Free Shipping

 

We offer FREE shipping on Orders above INR 999 on all serviceable Pin codes of India. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping Timeline

​

We ship all our orders within 0-7 days of timeframe not considering the Public holidays and the Sundays.

HIMALAYANVIBES LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Do we deliver internationally?

 

We do not support international shipping at this point of time. However, if you have a bulk booking request you may send us an enquiry for that separately.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, our delivery team will connect you at email/phone and let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellation​

​

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order and order has yet not reached you. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. You may wait for the order to be delivered and request for replacement or refund.

Return Window

​

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. Return/Replacement will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of order receipt.

​

In case of any Refunds approved by the HIMALAYANVIBES LLP, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

​

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Products Not covered in the Return Policy

​

HIMALAYANVIBES LLP does not accept returns of fragile and perishable products such as flowers, glass mirrors etc. However, refund/replacement may be made available if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. Final decision in this case would be on sole consent of the company.
